What payment terms do you accept?

Normally we work on T/T and Western Union. For mass production, a 30% down payment is required, with the 70% balance settled before shipment or against the B/L copy. L/C terms can also be negotiated.

What type of quotation terms do you provide?

We normally provide quotations based on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP terms depending on client requirements.

How long is your price valid?

Basically, our price remains valid for 60 days. We only adjust prices if international currency exchange rates vary significantly or if raw material costs (like Stainless Steel/Aluminum) change.

What logistics methods do you use for shipment?

For 90% of shipments, we go by sea (container or LCL) to all main continents. We also arrange air shipment or express delivery services based on customer urgency and requirements.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes, we advise starting with a sampling order (typical time 7-14 days) to ensure quality standards are met before proceeding to mass production.
